As the owners of Guardian, you will always have our direct extension and can contact us personally with any problem or concern. We are involved in processing the applications, shipping the equipment, marketing and every other aspect of setting up and maintaining your account. When you set up an account with Guardian Inspection Payments, you will always have 24/7 customer and technical support. However, we feel it is important for you to have access to us, as owners and decision makers. If you are ever unhappy with any aspect of your service, you can contact us directly and we will do everything in our power to make things right. It is always in our best interest to make sure that you are happy with us as your processor since we are only successful when you are successful.

With 5 kids under the age of 9 (4 boys and a girl) and a business to run, my wife Caroll and I seem to stay pretty busy. I graduated from Boise State University in 2001 (Go Broncos!) with an Education degree and taught high school for 4 years before starting Guardian Financial with Ben. Although I loved teaching, when I saw the opportunity to start and run my own business I jumped on it, and have been grateful ever since. Caroll has an MBA and is a CPA as well, but she gave up corporate life sometime after kid number three and before kid number 4 and she has been holding down the fort ever since. Together, with Ben and Amber, we have truly loved watching our business grow and develop and we feel grateful for the opportunities and blessings being owners in Guardian Financial has brought into our lives.

Deep down, I consider myself an Idaho farm boy and I love being an Idahoan. I owe my dedication to family and hard work to my years on the family farm here in Idaho. My beautiful wife Amber and our 5 children love everything about our life here, and don’t ever plan on leaving. Our small business career started with two TCBY Franchises in Utah in 1996 and then led to opening 2 Jamba Juice Franchises in Idaho in 1998. In 2003, it was on to opening a marketing company and multiple telemarketing call centers in Boise and Eastern Idaho and shortly after that, starting Guardian Financial with our friends and partners, Aaron and Caroll Fuhriman. We have made so many wonderful connections with so many good people through this business and look forward to a long lasting relationship with you and yours.
